168 patients with neurological malfunctions of degenerative dystrophic diseases of transversal lumbar part of the spine complicated with hernias of intervertebral discs were examined and treated. Using clinic and para-clinic methods of investigation (MRI, CT, X-ray, Nakatani acupuncture diagnostic method, auriculo-diagnostics) of degenerative dystrophic diseases of transversal lumbar part of the spine complicated with hernias of intervertebral discs.The most effective and patho-genetically worth complex conservative treatment of the mentioned pathology with infra-red laser puncture and manual therapy involved, compared to poly-segment electric stimulation combined with manual therapy as well as with drug therapy is confirmed.
