The vegetative dysfunction with marked stress exertion of the vegetative regulation with prevailing of vegetative nervous system tonus sympathetic part and considerable parasympathetic activity decrease were established to appear in the patients who had Q-myocardial infarction with arterial hypertension. The expediency of heart rate variability analysis usage was grounded in the patients who had Q-myocardial infarction with mild and moderate arterial hypertension for estimation of medical therapy effectiveness and its possible correction.
