Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of the formation and development of the bodies of State Traffic Inspection of Ukraine. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of legal literature, state legislative instruments, generalization of practical issues the author considers the questions of the functioning and main principles of traffic inspection. The importance of the activity of the State Traffic Inspection for the activity of citizens is shown in the dissertation. The author has analyzed a great number of legislative instruments, defined the reasons, which adversely influence the functioning of the bodies of traffic safety inspection.
