Mihailovich D. Official interpretation of law.

General theoretical and practical problems of official law interpretation in modern Ukraine are researched in this thesis. Factors that excite the necessity to interpret normative directions are analyzed. The aim of law interpretation is formulated; logical algorithm of its achievement is proposed. Definition of official law interpretation is given; its main indications, stages and kinds are represented. Correlation of official and doctrinal interpretation is analyzed. Definitions, legal character, general and specific indications, functions and kinds of official interpretation acts are elucidated; great attention is paid to peculiarities of their implementation according to the time, spaciousness and the range of subjects.
