Essay

The dominance of labor law of leading world countries on development of Ukrainian labor legislation is analyzed in particular, creation experience and activities of state bodies on adjustment of labor relations and law-courts, justice bodies, procurator's office and trade unions and creation of own legislation of labor are generalized, forms and methods of its application on enterprises and productions of different property forms are discribed. The analysis of resources learnt while resource process testifies, that Ukrainian labor legislation in the period 1917-1929 was on the level equal to the most developed world countries ones.
