Byelousov Y. Institutionalisation of narcotism prevention in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosing of institutional features of narcotizm prevention in Ukraine, revealing of barriers interfering it institutionalization, and to the developing of the recommendations on their removing. The author in details analyzes the various theoretical approaches to studying of the narcotizm phenomenon, the degree of spreading and its negative social consequences for functioning of the Ukrainian society. On the basis of the deep analysis of numerous definitions of the term "prevention" the author develops his own definition, and also offers original classification of kinds of prevention which form an ideal model of the system of narcotizm prevention. With the help of quantitative and qualitative sociological methods is been studied the efficiency of activity of agents of narcotizm prevention and level of interaction between them; discovered the barriers interfering their effective activity. By the results of the research the author develops the concept of the center ofnarcotism prevention among youth, and also prepares it for direct introduction in practical activity.
