Essay

For the first time there have been studied hystological changes ( necrosis, lypofuscine storage, intermuscule conjunctive tissue mucous distrophia) which reduce of non-category animals meat guality as a gull value food product. It has been proved that sarcocys-tosis invasion intensivity increases under the influence of undue and insufficient feeding. The research results enable us to recommend obligatory bacteriologic study of non-category animals slaughter products which are a potentially dangerous source of human and realisation of patohystologic study on sarcocysts invasion as the muscle sarcocysts invasion increases here.
