By means of methods:questionnaireing,reography, immunological and statistical was defined program of monitoring in the different periods of pregnancy,cons-idering central cardiohemodynamic status and immun-ity of the organism,also were found and estimated risk factors,defined prophylactic measures for pregnancy complicated by late gestosis.Were defined proves of existence of pregestosis in the form of hypovolemia and immunodeficient,and also researched the influence of immunomodulators(Vilozen)on the pregestosis. It was brought out of conclusion of the necessity of immunomodulators involved in program of prophylactic and treatment of pregnants with gestosis.
