Research is devoted to a problem of mutual relations of teachers and students of a pedagogical educational institution. The essence and the contents are revealed, structure and empirical parameters of relations in system "the student - the teacher" is proven. The place and a role of mutual relation in complete pedagogical process of pedagogical college is shown, mechanisms of their influence on professional-role identification, cognitive activity, a self-estimation of the future teachers are analyzed.
