Essay

The theme of thesis is protection of a woman's organism from the damaging influence of chemical factors of dye industry by means ofenterosorption. There were examined 160 women employees of the dye industry aged 18-40 by using clinical and laboratory methods. 123 women were divided into three clinical groups depending on duration of their work: 1-3 years, 3-6 years, over 6 years. Changes in the levels of gonadotropic and steroid hormones, some indices ofprotease-inhibition system as well as biochemical indices of the liver functions were studied and analyzed. The 1-st group of women was established to have hyperprolactenemia and hyperestrogenemia against the background of low level ofPSH, LH and progesterone; the 2-nd group of women with anovulation had hyperprogesteronemia; all indices in the 3-rd group were low except LH level. There were significant changes of the indices in the pro-teolytic system and the liver functions.
