Essay

The dissertation deals with peculiarities of pathogenic and sanogenetic processes in severe closed craniocerebral injury of various localizations. The purpose of the study was to reveal peculiarities of central nervous system functional state and the humoral state in patients with a severe craniocerebral injury of various localizations, possible conformities with a law of compensation process development in different periods of a brain traumatic disorder. Diagnostic and prognostic informativity of the spectral power (AP), indices (KFC), intra-hemispheric and between-hemispheric coherentions (KG), the correlating analysis of these indices at different stages of the brain injury development was proved. The conformities between EEG correlates of the brain structure functional activity and the indices of immunologic changes, the peculiarities of biochemical adaptational reactions were determined in this category of patients. Reversible and irreversible changes of the central nervous system functional state and the humoral state in patients during a severe period of a closed craniocerebral injury were differentiated.
