Ped I. Improvement of international payments of the enterprises in international trade

In the thesis the structural characteristic of payment conditions of the contracts is proved and classification aspects of the most complex methods of payment are considered. Methodical aspects for the analysis of conditions of a choice of payment meth-ods are considered on the basis of the analysis of external environment and internal conditions of contract performance. The analysis of national and international systems of regulation for payment methods in international trade is implemented and the technique for security esti-mation of payment obligations is developed. The sphere of application of bills of exchange and documentary credit is con-sidered and recommendations for their use in international trade are developed.
