Vladimir A. Application of localized dosed hypothermia on the segmental zone of adrenal glands in the complex therapy of patients with early manifestations of hypertension encephalopathy

The object is the study of therapeutic effects of localized dosed hypothermia of the segmental zone of adrenals on hemodynamic disfunctions and clinical symptoms in patients suffering from early signs of hypertensive discirculatory encephalopathy. The basic scientific data of the thesis were obtained via studying the systemic reactions on the application of localized dosed hypothermia to the segmental zone of adrenals in patients with early manifestations of the disease.The results proves that localized dosed hypothermia provides the hypotensive effect and decrease of complaints forming asthenoneurotic syndrome. It is a pathogenetically substantiated way of treatment in patients with early manifestations of hypertensive discirculatory encephalopathy. The results of our work can be implemented in the treatment of patients with early signs of hypertensive discirculatory encephalopathy. The area of application - medicine.
