Danilochkina O. Formation and functioning of market of crop protection products

Research object: process of formation of the market of crop protection products and their usage in agricultural enterprises, associations and regions. Research aim: working out of proposals for system estimation of forming of the market of crop protection products and efficiency of their application in agricultural enterprises and regions. Methods: monographic, abstract and logical, stistical-economic with using of analytic grouping, theory of economical and mathematical simulation, statistical decisions, tabular and graphic methods of reflection of information, and also personal observations analitical observations, evaluations. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and economical essence of the mechanism of formation of the market of crop protection products taking into consideration the total state of the market is exposed; methodology of economical and mathematical simulation in optimization of priorities of crops growing depending on procurement of economies (regions) with circulatingassets for acquiring crop protection products is developed; directions of positioning and marketing at the market of crop protection products are grounded and also suggestions for choosing the optimal means of using of crop protection products are developed. Complex of economic-organizing actions for increasing efficiency of functioning of the market of crop protection products is proved. Developments and recommendations have enough applied importance and will be useful in activity of agrarian formations of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the dissertation: essence of the concept "mechanism of the formation of the market of crop protection products" taking into account the total state of the market is exposed; methodical approaches to the complex evaluation of functioning of the regional market of crop protection products in conditions of forming market relations are improved; methods of economical and mathematical simulation in optimization of priorities of crops growing depending on procurement of economies (regions) with circulating assets for acquiring crop protection products are developed; major directions of efficiency increasing of usage of crop protection products taking into consideration the positioning and marketing at the market of crop protection products are well grounded; suggestions at the optimal variant's option of crop protection products usage in growing crops are developed and well founded; complex of economic-organizing measures for increasing the efficiency of functioning of the market of crop protection products is grounded. Implementation level: the propositions were stated-of-the-art by the Central Administrative Board of Agriculture and Provisions (Food) of Kyivs'koi regional public administration (certificate №02-414 from 21.03.2003) and by the Central Administrative Board of Agriculture and Provisions (Food) of Menskoi regional public administration of Chernigiv' region (certificate № 03-44 from 12.12.2002). Effectiveness: developments are practical steps to formation of stablecompetitive sphere (medium) and development of the domestic sources of raw materials of crop protection products; methodical (systematical) approaches to optimization priorities of growing crops depending on procurement with circulating assets and labor force can be used in practical activity of agrarian formations of Ukraine.
