Stasyshyn O. Clinic and immunologycal characteristics of haemophilia with inhibitors.

In the dissertation there are presented the results of research work on occurrence frequency, character and clinical manifestations of inhibitors to factor VIII(IX) in hemophilic patients. The features of coagulogical and immunological disorders in hemophilic patients with lupus anticoagulant (LA) were determined. There were developed the criteria of the LA laboratory diagnostics in the hemophilia A patients and differential diagnostics between neutralizing inhibitor and LA in these patients. The frequency of autoimmune markers occurrence, particularly rheumatoid factor and antithyreoid antibodies, was defined in the patients with congenital coagulation disorders. The study of virus infection spreading was performed and its influence at occurrence of inhibitor antibodies in these patients was investigated. It was shown, that the main clinical manifestation of viral infection in hemophilic patients appear to be the chronic hepatitis C and chronic viral mixed hepatitis B+C.
