The new series of biologically active derivatives, such as anilides of crotonic and cinnamic acids, symmetric dianilides of malonic acid, amides of 2-methyl and 2-phenyl 1,1,3- рrоpаnetreecаrbоnic and 1,1,3,3-рrоpаnetеtrаcаrbоnic acids has been synthesized. The methods for the large-scale preparation of these substances were elaborated. The study of interaction N,N'-dibenzylamide of malonic acid with anilides of crotonic and cinnamic acid in reaction conditions Michael was performed. The structure of the compounds obtained was proved by methods NMR-, UV- and IR-spectroscopy.The biological activity of compounds synthesized was examined and the structure-activity relationships were developed. N,N?-dibenzyl-N??-(1-naphtyl)amide 2-methyl-1,1,3-рrоpаnethreecаrbоnic acids, which possesses high anticonvulsant activities, is undergoing an extensive pharmacological evaluation
