3.Object of the study: the course and outcome of pregnancy in women with risk factors of fetus IUI. Purpose of the study: to develop an optimal algorithm of IUI diagnosis in the fetus during pregnancy, prognosis and prevention of infections of the neonatal period. Methods of the study: general clinical, microbiological, serologi-cal, molecular biological, cytological, morphological, immunological, ultrasound, statistical. Practical significance of the obtained results: Basing on the performed study, an algorithm of screening examination of pregnant for presence of fetoplacental pathology associated with infection was suggested. Introduction of the suggested algorithm of prognosis and diagnosis of IUI as well as staged individual etiotropic therapy of the pregnant will facilitate the reduction in the incidence of unsatisfactory perinatal outcomes caused by infectious processes during pregnancy. It was proved that the analysis of AF cellular composition is a sensitive and reliable express technique for diagnosis of FPC involvement by IUI. The method is easy to use in maternity hospitals of all levels and cost effective. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, pathogenetic validation of the possibility of IUI individual prognosis in the fetus and newborn on the basis of complex evaluation of clinical, ultrasound, microbiological, immunological data with the consideration of cytology study of the AF was obtained. Correlation of the cellular composition of the AF and FPC state in IUI was found out. Risk factors of IUI in women from Kharkiv region were specified and systematized. The reasonability of staged etiotropic treatment during pregnancy in women with the risk of IUI development with the purpose to prevent early neonatal infections, especially their severe forms, was proved. Introduction: The results of the work were introduced to the practice of maternity hospitals No. 2, 3, 6, 7 (Kharkiv) and the teaching process at the departments of obstetrics and gynecology No. 2, medical genetics and ultrasound diagnosis of Kharkiv Medical Academy for Post-graduate Training.
