Pedchenko G. Adaptatoin of agrarian HEI to the training of agricultural specialists in the marcet conditions

Research objects: activity of agrarian HEI on the educational service market. The aim of reseach: the working out of measures for effective adaptation of agrarian HEI to the training of agricultural specialists in the market conditions. Methods: expert estimations, correlation, extrapolation, BCG-matrix, pair comparison on plural scaling base, complex rating estimation, methods of the estimation of expenditures to specialists training, imitational modeling. Theoretical and practical results: theoretic bases of adaptation of HEI to market are formed; needs and provision of Ukrainian agrarian sphere in specialists are determined; short-term prediction volumes of educational service realizing and sources discharge the expenses of agrarian HEI are worked out; correlation demand for educational services on demand for specialists are revealed; estimation attracting of different forms of educational services for customers are given. Scientific novelty: the concept of adaptation of HEI to market conditions, its special features, principles and mechanisms are discovered; methods to deter-mination level of HEI adaptation to market environment are proposed; methods to appoint-ment price of educational service of HEI are cor-rected; methods to determination risk of personnel business; approaches to estimation efficiency of investment to human capital are developed. Degree of an intrusion: work results are accepted to implementation by Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and used in educational process by Tavrian state agrotechnical academy. Efficiency: results of research will contribute to increasing of efficiency of HEI activity and their ability to adapt to the market conditions.
