Khatnyuk N. The Negative Deals and their Legal Consequences

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the Deal's Institution, the bases deals invalidation and the legal consequences of the invalidity of the deals. This dissertation is focused on the process of the foundation and the development of the Deal's Institution, the author analyses circumstances of the deal's validity and considers valid and invalid deals. There was studied the legal origin of the invalid deals and paltry deals in the course of the research. The classification of the bases for the deal invalidation by the plaintiff before the court and the main types of legal consequences by the deal invalidation before the court are determined in the deal. On the grounds of analysis of the scientific literature, normative-legal base and judicial practical of the negative deal peculiarities the proposals were brought in this deal to the improvement of the active civil legislation.
