Sidorov I. Fulfilment of bill obligations.

Thesis is dedicated to the research of urgent theoretical and practical problems tied with legal regulation of the fulfilment of the bill obligations. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature, international and ukrainian legislation as well as the legislation of some foreign countries the author investigates the principal problems of legal regulation of bill obligations and defines the bill obligations as a kind of civil obligations. Due attention is paid to the historical development of the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of regulation of the fulfilment of bill obligations as well as to the determination of the main stages and specific features of its development. The author gives the notion of the bill as a kind of securities and tries to make this notion more precise. Discovering the peculiarities of execution of bill obligations the author illuminates the methods of their fulfilment. Thesis also contains a thorougle analysis of bill obligations, order of protest of the bills and implementation of the executive placard. The author has elaborated the proposals aimed at the perfection of legal regulation of the fulfilment of the bill obligations in Ukraine taking into account the general principles of civil law and rules established by the bill legislation.
