Panzhar L. State mechanism of ecological risk management in the region

Object of research - processes of occurrence of ecological risks in the region. The purpose of research - development of methods, algorithms, models and methodical recommendations for increase of efficiency of the state mechanism of ecological risk management in the region. Methods of research - mathematical statistics (study of ecological and economic condition of the region), analytical, structural and logic methods (development of ecological risk classification in the region), method of the comparative analysis (development of algorithm of a choice of methods of ecological risk state management in region), economic-mathematical and imitating modeling (analysis of methods of an estimation of ecological risks, construction multicriteria model, development of the methodical approaches on forecasting scales of ecological risks in region). Practical importance of the received results - methods, algorithms and models for increase of efficiency of the state mechanism of ecological risk management in the region are offered. The scientific novelty of the received results consists in improving of the state system of ecological risk management and development of the methodical recommendations on increasing of efficiency of state management of ecological risks in the region. The scientific novelty of research has been proved by the following results: the concept "ecological risk " as function of three variable is determined; the algorithm of a choice of methods of state management of ecological risks in region with the use of a matrix of an estimation of methods of risk management is developed; the classification of ecological risks in economic activity of the enterprises of region is advanced; the complex method of an estimation of a level of ecological risks in region is advanced; Multicriteria model of the account of ecological risks at acceptance of the administrative decisions. The results of research are used in the State management on ecology and natural resources in Donetsk region during preparation the Study of the methodical documents, Ukrainian Centre of ecological audit and insurance "Ukrecoaudit" by development "Program of ecological insurance organization of industrial objects and citizens"; multicriteria model of the account of ecological risks at acceptance of the administrative decisions is introduced on LTD "Donetskgormash".
