Seheda S. The forming and functioning of sunflower seeds cultures market

Object of research: sunflower seeds cultures market in Ukraine. The purpose of research: development and substantiation of organizational-economic directions of formation and effective development of the sunflower seeds cultures market. Methods: economic-statistical, monographic, analytical, groupings, graphic, abstract-logic, account-constructive, balance. Theoretical and practical results: the methodological and methodical approaches to development of the market of grades and hybrids are fulfilled; the expediency of import of an initial sowing material (fatherly and parent lines) for organization of manufacture seeds of sunflower's hybrids in Ukraine is proved; the model of scientific - organizational structure on manufacture of a sowing material is developed on the basis of contract integration. Scientific novelty: development of sunflower seeds cultures market for the first time is investigated during reforming economy; the basic tendencies of formation and functioning of the sunflower seeds cultures market and dependence of its development on market condition of food sunflower are revealed; the efficiency of use of grades and hybrids in commodity crops of food sunflower is investigated and their comparative estimation is carried out; the rational parameters of functioning of sunflower seeds cultures market, with the account of the scientifically proved areas of crops of food sunflower and their rational accommodation on natural-economic zones of Ukraine are determined. Degree of introduction: the results of research are accepted to introduction by management of an agriculture and foodstuffs Gaysinsky region of Vinnitsa' oblast, community with limited liability "Navasko" village Ustiмоvka Vasilkovsky region of the Kiev' oblast, department of the markets development of cultivation plants and seeds of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, representation of the Netherlands company "Advanta International B. V.". Efficiency: use of results will assist the accelerated formation and affirm of the sunflower seeds cultures market and to more effective utilization of natural-economic potential of Ukraine; filling by its competitive production and improvement of organization of conducting selection and seeds. Sphere, area of use: the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, research establishments of the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences, seeds economy and enterprise.
