The object of research: Object of research: process of planning of in-dustrial enterprise activity is directed on the rise of efficiency of its management in conditions of transformation economy; work aim: theoretical ground and development of recommendations in relation to perfection of guidance bases of form-ing of the planning system of enterprise in condi-tions of transformation economy; research method and gears: methods of logical generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, expert evaluation, graphic, game theory; theoretical and practical results: methodical rec-ommendations in relation to the evaluation of ac-cordance of planning to the conditions of func-tioning of enterprise with using of integral quan-titative index; contents of conception "type of planning system"; methodical recommendations in relation to the choice of type of planning sys-tem; methodical recommendations in relation to the concordance of aims and measures after new and already existent directions of activity and distribution of resources between them with using of game theory; methodical approach to the forming of the planning system on the basis of choice of its type and using of principle of func-tional plenitude; the system of enterprise plans and methodical approach to realization of proc-ess of planning, depending on structure and se-lection of type of planning system, has been im-proved; object and inculcation degree: developments are accepted to the introduction on UDNDVI, VAT "Altchevskkoks", VAT "Zmiyiv machine-building plant"; sphere of using: industrial enterprises, educational process.
