Object of the research: export activity management of enterprises of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine; research objective: development of guidance approaches, organizational and methodical recommendations concerning export activity management; research methods and equipment: methods of statistical analysis, functional and structural analysis, comparative analysis, sys-tem analysis, multivariate discriminant analysis, analysis and synthesis technique, methods of comparison and generalization, economic modelling methods; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach of segmentation, ranking and appeal assessment of foreign market is developed, methodical approach of formation of enterprise export program and its assortment policy in terms of excited demand unstability is developed and suggested; analysis technique of forming and expansion factors of export enterprise potential is enhanced, determination of economic essence of export enterprise potential and basis of organizational and economicapproaches to modernization of formation export enterprise potential management has received further development; conceptions are putted into the scientific turnover that determine the character of fragmented branch and encompassing standard that determine the current level of adaptation possibilities of export enter-prise potential - CED-coefficient; practical importance of the acquired results lie the following - using of results brought up to the level of concrete recommendations and proposal by agents of foreign-economic activity management is raising the management level of enterprise export activity in a specific branch; programs are incorporated in the working practice of State scientific drug center (Kharkov), Closed Stock Company "Kharkov fat industrial complex" (Kharkov); sphere of use: industrial enterprises, educational activities.
