Fishchuk O. Organizational-Economic Factors of Effective Ag-ricultural Production.

Object of investigation: activity of the agricultural enter-prises directed on maintenance of competitive manufacture in conditions of the market. The purpose of research: development of the offers and rec-ommendations for increase of an economic efficiency of agrarian manufacture, creation of social-economic conditions and economic mechanisms of its functioning. Methods: economic-statistical, monographic, analytical, groupings, graphic, abstract-logic, account-constructive, balance. Theoretical and practical results: A deepening and expansion of scientific interpretation of essence of organization-economic forces effective manufacture, their use as impor-tant tool of management in conditions of the market atti-tudes(relations) is reasonable influence of changes of pat-terns of ownership on increase of efficiency manufacture in conditions of economy. The technique of formation of the agrarian capital, funds of accumulation and consumption is advanced, in particular by inclusion in cost of the capitalof cost of ground and use of a parameter of norm of the income as determining parameter of efficiency manufacture. The methodical approaches concerning maintenance of interac-tion of organization-economic forces of efficiency of the various forms of managing, rating of an estimation of their industrial activity. Scientific novelty. For the first time offered measures allow at the minimal state support to develop cooperative economic structures as self-governing formations on a self-sufficient basis, to provide reception of the stable income, to decide questions of increase of employment. Degree of introduction: The results take root in Kamenec-Podolsk and others regions of Khmelnitskiy area, it, for ex-ample, has ensured growth of manufacture in economic and financial activity of agricultural cooperative society "Promin" Krasilov's region. The recommendations were applied to introduction of a new model of the economic mechanism of a enterprise with introduction of self-supporting bases in administrative system of the enterprise according to the market requirements. The results of research can be used by research establishments for improvement of the legal organization forms of managing, agricultural enter-prises, and also in the state programs of development of agriculture.
