Nemirovich S. Estimation criterions basing and perfection of economic work on enterprise (on materials grape-vine enterprises of Crimea AIC)

Object of research - economic activity of the grape-vine enterprises of Crimea. The purpose of research - development of measures on perfection of economic work in the large grape-vine enterprises. Methods of research - method of an es-timation size human's capital of the expert, method of an estimation of organization's level of work, methods of expert estimations, hro-nometric, self-photos, method of pair comparisons on a basis manymeasuring scaling, method of matrixes-coordinates, method of definition of shadow manufacture volumes, shadow em-ployment, shadow incomes. Theoretical and practical results, their novelty - the theoretical meaning of received results consists in generalization of tendencies change of the contents economic work in the agrarian enterprises, and practical - in development of recommendations on perfection organization and increase productivity of the economists work, vocational model of an economist speciality and estimation of purchase its potential. For the first time the complex approach to research of activity of an economic service and efficiency of economic work in grape-vine enterprises in new conditions of managing is applied, mechanisms and methods job of the economists is complemented, criterion and methods of an estimation of economic work and economists job; have received the further development contents of economists job into grape-vine enterprises, directions of perfection of their work. Efficiency of introduction - the development are introduced into educational process in Crimean state agritechnological university and are accepted to introduction by the Ministry of agriindustrial complex of Crimea. Sphere of application - basis for special course, forming at the graduates of high schools skills of the future expert, and grape-vine enterprises.
