Object: the mechanism of motivation of a transactions in an agriculture. The purpose: refinement of the system of motivation of a transactions in an agriculture in market conditions. Subject: theoretical and practical problems both directions of refinement and development of the socio economic bases(fundamentals) of motivation of operation in an agriculture. Method of testing: abstract-logical, statistic-economic, monographics, rated-design, experimental.
