Gasyuk M. Psychological specific features of modern woman's selfactualization.

Object of research: selfactualization phenomenon of modern Ukrainian woman. The purpose of research: experimental - diagnostic observation and qualitative interpretation of psychological criteria and parameters of selfactualization process at the married and lonely women. Methods of research: questionnaires: " Selfactualization of the person ", "Selfregulation Style of person"; deep interview, spelling of the psychobiography's, products on a theme: " Love, marriage, family"; the content-analysis; calculation of statistical parameters, correlation analysis; evident modeling. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: the idea of selfactualization as inherent tendency of the man is experimentally confirmed to aspire to maximum complete of potential realization; Is constructed gender socialization typology, that based on ways of submission to gender norms (compliance, approval, identification, non-submission, androgyny; The theoretical modeling of types of person of the spouses with different combinations of gender installations is carried out. The proved advantage of androgyny orientation and appropriate line of person in daily life of the modern man. The psychological contents, tendencies, diagnostic criteria and parameters, appropriate to them, and also psychological selfactualization mechanisms of the modern woman is determined in view of the basic determinants of this process: gender socialization features, family condition, age, selfregulation style features of behaviour and professional biography. Is proved, that the universal criterion, and simultaneously and means selfactualization is served with the critical periods of development of the person.
