Struk V. The influence of bacterial vaginosis upon the interruption of pregnancy and upon the infection of an unborn baby and newborn child

This thesis concerns the study of the correlation between bacterial vaginosis and the interruption of pregnancy and the infection of an unborn baby and newborn child. The effective methods of diagnostics of bacterial vaginosis in pregnant women and rational ways of their cure are being worked out in the thesis. Bacterial vaginosis is proved to cause the interruption of pregnancy. The risk of the infection of an unborn baby and a newborn child is due to bacterial vaginosis too. According to the clinical and laboratory findings the test for diagnostics of bacterial vaginosis is proposed here. At is the haematoxylin test. We present the rational differential schemata to cure pregnant women with the help of Ornidazole ("Tiberal"), Hylak forte - tropfen and lactic bacteria. These preparations are very effective for prophylactic treatment of the interruption of pregnancy and the infection of an unborn baby and newborn child in women infected by bacterial vaginosis.
