Serebryakova S. Prevention of complications in massive obstetric fleedings

Thesis deals with the study of pathologic changes in the lungs in OHS and prospects of pathogenetic therapy of ARDS. It was determined that OHS on the background of massive hemorrhage occurs more often in cases of two and more abortions in case histhories, OPG-gestosis, early normally located placenta detachment, placental presentations, tight implantation of placenta or ingrowing, rupture of uterus, its hypo- or atony. Changes in the surface activity of the lungs surfactant in shock didn t affect the permeability of the alveolocapillary barrier and the degree which marks pathomorphologic changes in them. The increase of the organism inhibitor potential sufficiently decreased the degree of lungs impairment in OHS. The second stage of studies of 21 women with OHS who received inhibitors of proteas in their complex of treatment showed the identical tendencies and comppletely confirmed pathogenetic hypotheses, whichewere received previously in experiment.
