Essay

Scientific work is defoted to decrease in frequency of pyoinflmmatory complications aftercesarean sections at women with herpetical an infection. For the first time interrelation between clinical, virology, immunological and endocrinological at women with herpetic an infection is established during pregnancy and the ambassador abdominal delivery. It has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesis pyoinflammatory complications after cesaerean sections. The treatment and prophylactic technique is scientifically proved, developed and introduced on the basis of use antigomotoxical therapies. Use of an offered technique has allowed to lower a level postoperative pyoinflammatory complications and to reduce postoperative stay of women in a hospital.
