Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of peculiarities of the immunological state in patients with inflammatory myocardial diseases. It is shown, that the level of intracellular oxygen-dependent metabolism in monocytes, absorbing activity and functional reserve of monocytes, the ratio of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines levels are the most priority-driven in such patients. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
