Levendarenko O. The Peculiarities of Proving Procedure in the Cases of Juvenile Delinquency.

The problems of peculiarities of proving procedure in the cases of juvenile delinquency in the criminal procedure of Ukraine are studied in the thesis. Within the theoretical aspect the legal nature of the circumstances which are the peculiarities of proving in the juvenile delinquency cases are determined by means of the correlation with the general subject of proving procedure. Some individual methods of establishing the age of a juvenile, testimonial as to character, conditions of living and bringing up are examined to overcome practical problems. The author pays special attention to carrying out a forensic psychiatric investigation in juvenile delinquency cases. The peculiarities of the application of the preventative measures to the juveniles and some aspects of civil suit proving in the cases of this category are analysed through criminal procedure proving. In conclusions the author formulates the proposals on improving the legislation on the points of the peculiarities of the proving procedureinjuvenile delinquency cases.
