Raschupkina V. Organizational economic mechanism of restructuring of the enterprises of an iron and steel industry

Object of research - the processes of re- structuring which are carried out at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine. Research purpose -the further development of theoretical bases of restructuring of the metallurgical enterprises by structural transformations and development of methodical recommendations for an economic substation restructuring processes. Methods of research: the system approach, the analysis synthesis, the statistical, logic and financial analysis, a grouping and generalization of the data, expert estimations. Theoretical and practical results: there is a good reason for necessity perfection of the mechanism of the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine the use of which will promotes improvement of guiltily of administrative decisions. Novelty: the methodical regulations are developed, on dividing balance and definition of a level of assets of the restructuring enterprises, formation of basic clauses of balance, the new approach is developed, allowing to use for an estimation of economic feasibility. Degrees of introduction - JSC Makeyevka metallurgical combine public JSC Makeyevka pipe casting plant, puble JSC Makeyevka coke oven plant and Makeyevka economico-humanitarian institute.
