3. Profound theoretical research has been carried out of engineering geological conditions and of their impact on the monetary assessment of lands of populated localities. On the grounds of the analysis of native and foreign experience in land evaluation work the inseparability has been shown of the cadastre as an information basis for the monetary evaluation - constituent part of the state land cadastre. The structural model has been developed of engineering geological factors of monetary assessment and classification characteriss have been proposed for engineering geological processes and phenomena. Indices have been substantiated for their consideration. The mathematical model has been worked out for forecasting geodynamic process. Mathematical dependencies have been determined between parameters of these processes both in time and space and the dynamics of the monetary evaluation of lands of populated localities. Theoretical thesis statements have been tested by carrying out the normative monetaryevaluation of lands of the town of Kuznetsovsk of Rivne region the results of which have confirmed the importance of taking into consideration of engineering geological conditions.
