Essay

The aim of this study was to increase effectiveness of treatment for genital human papillomavirus infection (HPV) for women. All women infected by HPV had abnormalities in immune status: decrease quantity of IFN -( and -(, CD3+ and CD4+ cells, CD4+/CD8+; increase serum IFN, spontaneous IFN reaction of leukocytes, CD8+ cells and Ig A. After the treatment 86,4% women from the first group and 60,5% women from the second group had clinical remission. Thus, usage of amixin and cryosurgery increases efficiency of treatment of HPV - infection for women.
