Tserkovna A. Dignity and honour in the civil law of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of legal procedure of dignity and natural person's honour. The historical and legal analysis of genesis of legal status of natural person's dignity and honour is carried out and general tendencies of his development are investigated in this research work. The questions of determination in right of conception of dignity and natural person's honour with the help of which their legal status are determined as an ob-ject of civil rights and their scientific interpretation is made. The question about correla-tion between categories "dignity", "honour" and "business reputation" is considered. The legal nature of right to respect of natural person's dignity and honour is investigated. The conception of right , essence and problems connected with it's realization is considered. Propositions to perfection of civil legislation have been carried out. The legal status of natural person's dignity and honour is determined with these propositions.
