Object of research - еconomic principles of use of agricultural lands having different qualitative haracteristics at agricultural enterprises; аim - the determination of system with account of effective landuse, basing propositions airmed at the effisiency; methods - abstract and logical, monographic, calculation and constructive, statistic and economic, graphic, economy-mathematical modeling; results - the elaborated recommendations facilitate the efficiency increase of use of agricultural lands; novelty- the dissertation gives the results of the research devoted to the problem of use of agricultural lands having different qualitative characteristics; the problem of landuse has been studied at the contemporary stage of agrarian reform under the conditions of property forms transforming; theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of effective and rational land use have been shown; the dependence of soil qualitative characteristics on effective landuse has been revealed; the method approaches asfor specification of the index system with account of soil qualitative characteristics have been based on the system of methods of effective landuse evaluation has been further developed using the rating principle taking into consideration the factor of favourable natural conditions and that of the place of agricultural plots and how they effect the differential income; sphere of introductions - agricultural enterprises, regional agricultural administrations, agrarian universities
