Kolesnik K. Pathogenetic substantiation of vacuum hydrolaser massage and mineral water "Ukrainian iodinated" application in complex therapy for children suffering from insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus on the rehabilitation stage

The thesis is devoted to studying of possibilities and clinical pathogenetic substantiation of vacuum hydrolaser massage and mineral water "Ukrainian iodinated" application in therapy of children suffering from insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM).For the first time there have been studied the peculiarities of clinical presentation and functional state of nervous system in children with IDDM, there has been determined favourable effect of vacuum hydrolaser massage and mineral water "Ukrainian iodinated" on regress of the disease clinical manifestations, on stimulation of parasympathetic section of the vegetative nervous system, thus to promote normalization or compensating for general and cerebral hemodynamics, stabilization of carbohydrate, lipid and albuminous metabolism. Carbohydrate metabolism activation promotes the rising of early complications in children with IDDM being showed as violation of vegetative nervous system function. It has been proved that the complex of rehabilitation therapyincreases the adaptation possibilities of the organism. There has been obtained new information about influence of vacuum hydrolaser massage and mineral water "Ukrainian iodinated" on functional state of nervous system and homeostasis, has been proved the effectiveness of complex rehabilitation therapy. On the basis of data, immediate and remote results obtained there have been determined the varied indications for application.
