A scientific work is defended in which the problem of new approach to the middelemineralized Polyana Kvasova (PK) mineral water (MW) use is substantiated in the treatment of patients with associated pathology of digestive organs and urinary diatheses, nephrolithiasis, chronic pyelonephritis.. It was proved that the course of PK MW intake promotes improvement of clinical duration of the basic and anociated diseases, normalization of gastroduodenal organs, parameters of base-acid balance in urine and blood in the majority of patients.A correlation was revealed between the gastric acid secretion and urine acidity accounting the state of compensation of acidity.A positive dynamic of urinary sediment, concentration function of kidneys and moderate diuretic effect of PK MW was reached under the influence of the course of treatment.Our investigations allowed to recommend PK MW intake in the complex of pathogenic treatment, prophylaxis and metaphylaxis of urinary diatheses and nephrolithiasis. A positive influence of PK MW was revealed at patients with chronic pyelonephritis.
