Krokos A. Interference current usage as stress protection in complex treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris

The Dissertation is devoted to the study of possibility to increase the effectivity in complex treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of Functional classes ІІ and ІІІ by using the stress protecting properties of interference therapy. Among 160 examined patients with stable angina pectoris, 112 were chosen to form a group with high possible risk of developing stressogenic damage. The patient of this group were given basic chemotherapeutic treatment and a course of interference therapy using it in different localization: on the area immediately above the liver, transcranially and alterating these two areas. It has been proved that the complex treatment with alternating usage of the physical factor lead to the best results. This is witnessed by a true tolerance increase as to the physical stress, a decrease in the quantity and length of painless ischemia cases and a decrease in the dosage of anti-ischemic drug therapy on the background of higher activity of stress-limiting system elements, limiting of excessive adrenergic and pro-oxydant activity of blood, normalizing the relation between the lipid peroxidation and the system of anti-oxydant defense, normalizing lipidograms, decrease in procoagulation potential in bload and degree of autoimmune reaction.
