Dissertation devoted to examine possibilities and clinical-pathogenic well-founded use of osokerrte, under water shower massade and terebinthin bath in treatment of injuries of peripheral circulation in persons who took part in liquidation results of Chernobyl disaster. Received new facts more about chronic progressive duration of injuries of peripheral blood circulation in given category of patients, who also have diseases of internal organs, main part of with is cerebro-vascular and cardio-vascular pathology.Defined properties of clinico-haemodinamical influence of osokerite under different conditions of carrying out procedures, under water shower massade and terebinthin bath (according to the results of single trial). Developed new method of differential low-temperature osokerite therapy. Defined prolonged effects of vasoselective medicine and osokerite. It is proved that use of osokerite low-temperature, water shower massade and terebinthin bath increases effectiveness of treatment of injuries ofperipheral blood circulation and parallel pathology in liquidators of Chernobyl disaster, warns the complications of medical treatment and progression of pathology of internal organs, move expressive after 2-3 curses of treatment.
