The main statements of the dissertation include comparative analysis of clinical, instrumental, biochemical, and statistic indices in patients with irondeficiency anemia (IDA) of different genesis and their changes under the influence of iron mineral waters Kelechinska and Soymi intake in a form of monotherapy and in combination with ironcontaining medicines.The thesis is devoted to the investigations of peculiarities in the clinical picture of the disease, functional changes of hemoglobine status and digestive system in patients with IDA. The possibility for correction of these changes was revealed and substantiated by means of iron mineral waters. A positive dynamics of clinical manifestations of the disease was confirmed by positive changes of laboratory and functional indices under the influence of mineral water intake: amount of erythrosites, hemoglobine-level, transferrin saturation and ferritin value; functional state of digestive system and others.
