Research object: By - product - gluten, maize - and - phosphatiadic concentrate (CFC) dry corn provender (SCC) in feeding of laying hens of Lomann Braoun breed. Purpose: to learn efficiency of the use of by-products of starch-and-treacle production (PPCPV) in feeding of the laying hens separately and commonly with glyotenom, CFC, SCC in place of barley seeds and meat and bone flour. Methods: zootechnics, biochemical, histological, statistical (got data processing by the methods of variation statistics). Scientific novelty: The necessity of the use of by-products of starch-and-treacle production in laying hens feeding of Lomann Braoun breed under forage conditions of Ukraine steppe has been proved, as well as optimum and loading quantities of PPCPV have been determined. Nutrients digestibility, absorbing of amino acids, nitrogen calcium, phosphorus, peculiarities of energy exchange in the body of laying hens at using of maize gluten, CFC, SCC in mixed fodders have been firstly studied. Influence ofPPCPVon products quality (vitamin composition of eggs, amino acid and fat and acid composition of pectoral muscles) as well as on microscopic structure of liver has been determined. On the basis of experimental data financial viability of including of maize gluten, CFC, SCC in mixed fodders for laying hens was grounded. Degree of Introduction: research results are conducted on poultry breeding private farm "Agrocentr" of Dnipropetrovs'k region. Sphere (branch of using): in educational process of the course of feeding as well as in farm production.
