The dissertation is devoted to questions of optimization of technologies and organization of manufacture for creation, updating, storage and distribution to the users of geoinformation systems of topographical maps for formation spatially - focused topographical bases. Among them the approaches to creation of the monitoring system of the information at different stages of technological routes and methodical bases of organization of work on wage rate fixing of wjrk for the first time are considered at performance both separate operations and complex norms on creation of a nomenclature sheet. On the basis of the proved mathematical model the theory is developed and the basic formulas for creation of base model automated of cartographical system and organizational structure of production management are received.
