Foreign language textual activity. Determining psychological conditions for efficient functioning of foreign language textual activity and ways of its formation. The using of system approach methodology has made it possible to present foreign language textual activity in the form of poly-determined integral system of reception and processing of foreign language textual information incorporating a number of functional units. For the first time, structural and functional simulation was applied to studying the specific features of textual activity functioning in a foreign language. Practical significance of the research lies in specifying the parameters and selection of techniques for determining the level of development of the textual activity psychological structure.
