Object of the research: dysuria disorders in perimenopausal women with ptosis and prolapse of the internal reproductive organs. Purpose of the research: to improve the efficacy of treatment of dysuria disorders in perimenopausal women by means of working out scientifically substantiated protocols for prevention and treatment. Methods of the research: clinical, immunoenzyme, morphometric, morphological, statistical. Practical significance of the obtained findings: the developed complex for prevention, rehabilitation and follow-up of the patients with dysuria disorders, prolapse and ptosis of the internal reproductive organs allowed to improve the efficacy of therapy up to 98.4%. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, morphology and morphometry study of the urethra in perimenopausal women with prolapse and ptosis of the internal reproductive organs was done with determining the volume of epithelial, muscular, connective-tissue and vascular aspects of the urethra. Main mechanism of development of ptosis and prolapse of internal reproductive organs and dysuria disorders were established to be age-related involution of smooth and striated muscles, vascular-stromal complex due to hormonal and cytokine disbalance. The interrelation of the investigated indices of the hormone background, interleukins and morphological changes was established. The indications to conservative and surgical treatment were validated, the criteria for the duration of the treatment were determined. Degree of introduction: the results of the study are used in the work of Donetsk Regional Сenter for Protection of Mother and Child, Research Institute of Family Problems, Regional Clinical Hospitals in Donetsk, Lugansk. The results of the work are used in the teaching process at Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, Perinatology of faculty for Post-graduate Training (Donetsk State Medical University named after M. Gorky). Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
