The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnosing and treatment duodenum ulcer disease ( DUD), associatied with Helicobacter pylori, due to definition the persistent strains of Helicobacter pylori by a method of Polimerase chain reaction ( PCR). In this patients more often there are toxicogenic strains of a bacteria, which one are expedient for determining by a method PCR. The outcomes duodenum ulcer disease associate with the toxicogenic strains of HP has clinical-epidemiological peculiarities, and also is characterized more expressed endoscopical, morphological changes, more essential increase stomach acid productivity. The treatment this demands application of drugs of bismuth in a structure of therapy and potent antiacidic drugs.
