Tikhonov V. The problems of law and state and contemporaneity in the creative heritage of Yurkevich P.D. and modernity

In the thesis it is made a complete analysis of law problems and state in creative heritage of native philosopher of law Yurkevich P.D. in the context of contemporaneity. It is characterized philosophical and ethic basis of his views on state and law; it is revealed and analyzed the main range of the questions that were raised and specifically decided in a sphere of law (essence of law, correlation between natural and positive law, interference of ethic and law, justice as aim and content of law, religious prohibitions of law) and state (essence, functions, origin, interaction of a person and a state). It is observed hereditary connection of judicial views of Yurkevich P.D. with the thinkers of the previous times and it is shown degree of tune of his ideas with our time, possibility of its influence on the choice of methodological priorities in modern understanding of law.
