Essay

The features of diagnostic and curative endoscopy of the esophageal varices bleeding are investigated. The dependence of weight of a bleeding and clinical current from a condition of a liver functional reserve, sizes of the varices and their wall's changes and also from a combination of a bleeding from varix from second bleeding source is revealed.The comparative analysis of endoscopic hemostasis methods is investigated frequency and character of complications after various kinds of sclerotherapy, the measures under their prevention and increase of efficiency of endoscopic methods are developed.
